- 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
Preparing the Meat
- Brown the Meat:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
- Season the Meat:
- Drain any excess fat and add the taco seasoning mix. Follow package instructions, typically adding water and simmering until the mixture thickens.
Assembling the Salad
- Prepare the Lettuce:
- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce. Place it in a large salad bowl as the base of your salad.
- Add Vegetables:
- Layer the cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, and red onion on top of the lettuce.
- Include the Meat:
- Spoon the seasoned meat over the salad.
- Garnish with Avocado and Cheese:
- Add diced avocado and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the salad.
