  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Meat:
    In a skillet, cook the ground turkey or chicken over medium heat until browned. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine Ingredients:
    In a large bowl, mix the cooked meat, marinara sauce, cheese tortellini, and ricotta cheese until well combined.
  4. Assemble Casserole:
    Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake:
    Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
