- cup coconut yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup granola or your favorite cereal
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup for sweetness
- Chopped nuts optional, for topping
Instructions
- Layer half of the coconut yogurt at the bottom of a glass or bowl.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top and add chopped nuts if desired.
