Coconut Yogurt Parfait Recipe

  •  cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola or your favorite cereal
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup for sweetness
  • Chopped nuts optional, for topping

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the coconut yogurt at the bottom of a glass or bowl.
  2. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top and add chopped nuts if desired.
