  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Honey-Garlic Sauce:

    • In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup of honey, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, salt, and pepper (to taste).

  2. Cook the Shrimp:

    • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
    • Add 1 lb of shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.

  3. Add the Sauce:

    • Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the cooked shrimp and stir well.

  4. Thicken the Sauce:

    • Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the shrimp evenly.

  5. Garnish and Serve:

    • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
