- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Honey-Garlic Sauce:
- In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup of honey, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, salt, and pepper (to taste).
- Cook the Shrimp:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add 1 lb of shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
- Add the Sauce:
- Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the cooked shrimp and stir well.
- Thicken the Sauce:
- Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the shrimp evenly.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
