- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup cooked turkey sausage, crumbled
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: diced bell peppers or onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the biscuit cups by rolling out the biscuit dough and flattening each piece. Press the flattened dough into a muffin tin to form cups.
- Mix the filling by whisking together the eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add in the turkey sausage, shredded cheese, and optional veggies, stirring until well combined.
- Fill the biscuit cups by pouring the egg mixture into each prepared biscuit cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake the cups for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the biscuits are golden brown.
- Cool and serve by allowing the roll cups to cool slightly before removing them from the muffin tin. Enjoy your breakfast!
