Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Toss apples and raisins with lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt until coated.
- Whisk oats, milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in another bowl until smooth.
- Pour half the oat batter into the prepared dish, layer the fruit mix, then smooth remaining batter on top.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and center is set but soft.
- Cool for 10 minutes before serving, garnishing as desired.
