  • 1/4 tsp Salt

How to Make Baked Almond Date Bars
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) on the middle rack.
  2. Spread almonds on a baking sheet and toast in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes.
  3. Pulse pitted Medjool dates in a food processor for about 30 seconds until they form a smooth, sticky paste.
  4. Add rolled oats, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to the processor; pulse 3–4 times until blended.
  5. Pour in almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract; pulse until the mixture holds together.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, pressing firmly to form an even layer.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes until golden and set.
  8. Cool in the pan for 20 minutes, then lift out and cool completely on a wire rack.
  9. Cut into 12 even bars and enjoy or store airtight for up to one week.
