How to Make
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Mash ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Stir in eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until the mixture turns silky and softly golden.
- Mix oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl. Pour wet ingredients over oats, stirring gently until the batter is thick and uniform.
- Fold in chocolate chips, reserving a few for sprinkling on top. Spread the thick batter into your prepared pan, smoothing the surface.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges turn golden brown and the center springs back lightly.
- Use the parchment paper to lift out the tray and cool completely on a wire rack before slicing into squares.
