How to Make Banana Oat Breakfast Muffin Recipe
- Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C) for at least 10 minutes.
- Mash very ripe bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.
- Whisk together eggs, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Stir rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until mixed.
