  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil To cook garlic without burning
  • 1 tsp Salt For seasoning
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper For seasoning
For the Spinach and Garnish
  • 4 cups Fresh Spinach Leaves Adds nutrition and color
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated for topping
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Optional for heat

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8–10 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
  3. Stir in fresh spinach leaves, tossing gently for 1–2 minutes until they turn bright green and just wilted.
  4. Drain pasta, reserving ½ cup pasta water. Add pasta to the skillet, tossing with sauce. Stir in reserved water for a silky texture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat, divide among plates, and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan and red pepper flakes.
