How to Make Garlic Chicken Thigh Stir Fry
  1. For the Chicken Marinade: In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Toss well and marinate for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Heat the Pan: Warm a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add vegetable oil.
  3. Cook Chicken: Spread marinated chicken in a single layer over the hot pan, stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add Vegetables: Toss in bell peppers, snap peas, carrots, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Finish & Toss: Return chicken to the pan, sprinkle green onions, and stir for 1–2 minutes until heated through.
  6. Garnish & Serve: Transfer to a warm platter, sprinkle sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
