For the Stir-Fry
- Heat a wok: Warm 1 tablespoon sesame oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Brown turkey: Add ground turkey, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until no pink remains, about 5 minutes.
- Sauté veggies: Toss in sliced peppers, broccoli, carrots, and onion. Stir frequently for 3–4 minutes.
For the Sauce
- Whisk sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and honey (or maple). Mix until smooth.
- Combine & finish: Pour sauce into the stir-fry, tossing everything together for 2 minutes.
Optional Garnish
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
