Matcha Tofu Preparation
- Gently press silken tofu in cheesecloth for 5 minutes to remove excess water.
- In a bowl, sift the matcha powder with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine drained tofu and matcha mixture in a food processor, pulsing for about 1 minute until light and airy.
- Spoon the mixture into serving glasses, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
