  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder choose high-quality ceremonial grade matcha
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup adjust to taste for sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract enhances flavor depth without overpowering matcha

Method
 

Matcha Tofu Preparation
  1. Gently press silken tofu in cheesecloth for 5 minutes to remove excess water.

  3. Combine drained tofu and matcha mixture in a food processor, pulsing for about 1 minute until light and airy.
  4. Spoon the mixture into serving glasses, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
