How to Make Herb-Crusted Tilapia
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), lining a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a bowl, combine chopped parsley, thyme, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place each tilapia fillet on the prepared sheet, then drizzle olive oil over tops.
- Press the herb mixture firmly onto each fillet’s top.
- Slide the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes.
- Remove the sheet and test one fillet at the thickest part for doneness.
- Transfer fillets to plates, garnish with lemon wedges and fresh dill, and serve.
