How to Make Herb-Crusted Tilapia
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), lining a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped parsley, thyme, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place each tilapia fillet on the prepared sheet, then drizzle olive oil over tops.
  4. Press the herb mixture firmly onto each fillet’s top.
  5. Slide the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes.
  6. Remove the sheet and test one fillet at the thickest part for doneness.
  7. Transfer fillets to plates, garnish with lemon wedges and fresh dill, and serve.
