How to Make Lemon Herb Snapper
- Preheat oven to 400°F for even cooking and tender, flaky fish.
- In a bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place snapper fillets skin-side up in a shallow dish, pour marinade over, and coat evenly. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer marinated snapper, spacing about an inch apart.
