How to Make Maple-Glazed Roasted Carrots
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Trim carrot ends, peel outer skin, and pat dry. Cut into ½-inch-thick sticks.
- In a medium bowl, whisk maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Add carrots to bowl, tossing well to coat with the glaze.
- Spread carrots in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with optional fresh thyme or toasted nuts.
