Ingredients
  

For the Stir Fry
  • 2 packages Ramen Noodles fresh or dried
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil canola or peanut
  • 3 cloves Garlic finely minced
  • 1 inch Ginger freshly grated
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables bell peppers, snap peas, carrots, or broccoli
  • 4 stalks Green Onions sliced thin
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili Flakes optional
Optional Proteins & Toppings
  • 1 cup Tofu or Chicken cooked and cubed or sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds for garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Make the Sauce
  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar and chili flakes in a small bowl until the sugar dissolves into a smooth, glossy sauce.
Prepare the Stir Fry
  1. Heat a large wok or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 1–2 minutes, add oil until shimmering hot.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil, stirring constantly for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Toss in your mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender and brightly colored.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions (about 3 minutes), drain, and add into the sizzling pan.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and vegetables, tossing continuously for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Finish with sliced green onions, a sprinkle of sesame seeds and fresh cilantro, or your favorite toppings.
