- In a mixing bowl, toss fresh spinach with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Spread the spinach in a single layer on a baking sheet.

- In a skillet, toast sesame seeds over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
