How to Make Soy Glazed Turkey
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a roasting pan with foil for easy cleanup, then set aside while prepping the turkey.
  2. Pat the turkey dry, rub skin all over with olive oil, then sprinkle salt and black pepper for even seasoning.
  3. Roast the turkey for 20 minutes, uncovered, until the skin begins to brown and juices run clear.
  4. Combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small saucepan, whisking until smooth.
  5. Simmer the mixture over medium heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring constantly until the glaze thickens slightly.
  6. Brush half the warm glaze onto the turkey, then roast 10–15 more minutes until glossy and 165°F inside.
  7. Rest the turkey on a cutting board for 10 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
