How to Make Soy Glazed Turkey
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a roasting pan with foil for easy cleanup, then set aside while prepping the turkey.
- Pat the turkey dry, rub skin all over with olive oil, then sprinkle salt and black pepper for even seasoning.
- Roast the turkey for 20 minutes, uncovered, until the skin begins to brown and juices run clear.
- Combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small saucepan, whisking until smooth.
- Simmer the mixture over medium heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring constantly until the glaze thickens slightly.
- Brush half the warm glaze onto the turkey, then roast 10–15 more minutes until glossy and 165°F inside.
- Rest the turkey on a cutting board for 10 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
