For the Marinade
- In a medium bowl, toss chicken pieces with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Marinate for 15 minutes.
For the Stir-Fry Sauce
- Whisk garlic, ginger, red chili flakes, hoisin, rice vinegar, and brown sugar until smooth.
For the Stir-Fry
- Warm 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated chicken; stir-fry until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and snap peas; stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Return chicken, pour in sauce, and stir until it thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
