How to Make Stir Fried Spinach with Garlic
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then add minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant and golden edges appear.
  2. Add fresh spinach leaves and toss gently using tongs. Cook for about 2 minutes until the leaves begin to wilt but remain bright green.
  3. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes if using. Stir well to coat evenly.
  4. Continue cooking for another 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly until warm and tender.
