Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Pat fillets dry with paper towels, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon the yogurt marinade over each fillet, ensuring coverage; cover and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  5. Arrange marinated fillets skin-side down on the sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle chopped herbs and nuts over warm fish, drizzle with olive oil, and serve.
