How to Make Garlic Butter Shrimp Skewers
  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss gently, cover, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high (about 400°F).
  3. Thread shrimp onto soaked wooden or metal skewers, leaving small gaps between pieces.
  4. Arrange skewers on the hot grill. Cook for 3 minutes, flip once, and grill another 2–3 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
  5. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt unsalted butter, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes until bubbly.
