How to Make Maple Cinnamon Roasted Walnuts
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine pure maple syrup, ground cinnamon, kosher salt, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Add raw walnuts to the bowl, tossing gently to coat each nut in the mixture.
- Spread the coated walnuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast at 350°F for 12–15 minutes, gently tossing halfway through.
- Cool the walnuts on the baking sheet for at least 20 minutes.
