  3. Grill the Wings: Arrange wings in a single layer. Grill 15–18 minutes, turning every 5 minutes until cooked.
  4. Rest Briefly: Transfer wings to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes.
Coating
  1. Mix the Coating: In a shallow dish, combine grated Parmesan, parsley, lemon zest, and optional red pepper flakes. Stir until blended.
  2. Toss and Serve: Add wings to coating dish. Toss gently to coat each wing evenly. Serve immediately.
