How to Make Garlic Herb Roasted Turkey Thighs
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, salt, pepper and olive oil until a paste forms.
  3. Pat each turkey thigh dry and massage the herb paste under the skin and on all surfaces.
  4. Arrange thighs skin-side up on a wire rack over a baking sheet and roast for 35-40 minutes.
  5. Transfer turkey to a cutting board, tent with foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Carve thighs, arrange on a platter, and drizzle with pan juices.
