How to Make Garlic Herb Roasted Turkey Thighs
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, whisk garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, salt, pepper and olive oil until a paste forms.
- Pat each turkey thigh dry and massage the herb paste under the skin and on all surfaces.
- Arrange thighs skin-side up on a wire rack over a baking sheet and roast for 35-40 minutes.
- Transfer turkey to a cutting board, tent with foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Carve thighs, arrange on a platter, and drizzle with pan juices.
