Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
 - In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
 - Pat the chicken quarters dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
 - Brush the honey mustard marinade evenly over each chicken quarter.
 - Let the chicken marinate at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
 - Arrange the chicken quarters skin-side up on the prepared rack and bake for 40-45 minutes.
 - Remove chicken from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
